Chris has experience achieving top and bottom-line results while managing through various situational environments across the globe (mergers, downturns, growth, crisis and organizational transformations).
With 25 years of revenue leadership experience, he has pioneered several ancillary and merchandising firsts including dynamic front cabin upsell, Farelock, dynamic seat pricing and dynamic fare and merchandising. His career has spanned several executive roles at Continental Airlines, Continental Micronesia, United Airlines, Porter Airlines and Copa Airlines. Chris was a lecturer at Embry Riddle University. He is a graduate of Embry Riddle with both a Bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering and a Masters degree in Aviation Management.
Chis is a globally recognized expert in the areas of Pricing & Revenue Management, Airline Merchandising, Travel Distribution, Loyalty Programs, Digital Travel Commerce and Airline Strategy. He has presented as a speaker and panelist in numerous industry conferences across the globe.
Ben is an expert in developing unique data strategies that propel digital airline initiatives forward. His mission is to help prove that airline executives with the vision to have the right information at the right time in the hands of the right people can be achieved.
Ben’s experience building data-driven customer and marketing intelligence solutions spans banking, travel, e-commerce and retail energy sectors. With this cross-industry experience Ben has developed a unique ability to help leaders quickly identify areas of unrealized opportunity and transform their vision into action plans that drive measurable value.
After years on the industry side of the business, Ben entered consulting to respond to the growing number of carriers aspiring to become customer-centric and data driven while the technology landscape they navigate becomes increasingly complex. Ben has helped leaders at multiple airlines including Porter Airlines, Copa Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and Air Canada.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Ben held leadership roles at Continental Airlines and United Airlines spanning the data analytics, revenue optimization, CRM and e-commerce domains. Ben studied Computer Science and Information Systems at Baylor University where we received undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Hankamer School of Business.
Aaron brings a wealth of unique experiences using technology to drive impactful outcomes. Aaron is an outcomefocused and execution-oriented leader. Aaron helps design and deliver exciting solutions for clients around the world. With an early exposure and work experience in eCommerce and digital business, Aaron developed the ability to successfully build and deliver multi-channel, multi language airline platforms. Aaron has additional strengths in business management, systems evaluation and project management.
Prior to consulting, Aaron developed continental.com from the ground up and led it along a highly successful maturity curve as it became a mission critical revenue and service channel as well as the leading edge of the airline’s ancillary merchandising transformation. When Continental and United merged, Aaron had the lead role in coordinating IT system selection for the merged company and was then responsible for the delivery for the passenger service system migration which was completed successfully in 2012 as the largest cutover in aviation history. As the new United continued to evolve, Aaron’s responsibilities for eCommerce, Merchandising, and Loyalty expanded to include Sales, Distribution, Revenue Management, and Network Scheduling. In 2015, Aaron shifted focus to the strategic transformation of core enterprise systems and data and built an industry leading data infrastructure connecting hundreds of real time systems and end point services.
Aaron joined Continental Airlines in 1998 after graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Information Systems.
After a successful corporate career at United Airlines, Ferdy co-founded a consulting firm with Aaron Hynes, a former colleague at Continental. Ferdy and Aaron quickly established their practice with international reach and rapid expansion. Today, as trusted advisors to corporate clients, they offers strategic visioning, roadmap development, systems integration and product implementation services worldwide.
Recently, at Ravn Air Group in Alaska, Ferdy acted as CIO leading the merger of Corvus Air and Peninsula Air technology systems while also directing comprehensive strategic, financial and operational functions across Ravn’s IT division. At Air New Zealand in Auckland, Ferdy assisted the IT leadership with optimization and service delivery. At COPA in Panama, he performed an RFP for a loyalty platform, determined best solutions through unbiased analysis, and helped design the corresponding migration strategy for the chosen supplier.
Prior to entering consulting, Ferdy served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at United Airlines where he was responsible for the airline’s technology roadmap. Ferdy was a member of the Star Alliance Strategy Team, and he also chaired the airline’s Joint Venture Technology Board and served on the carrier’s diversity council. Prior to that, Ferdy was Vice President of the Commercial Portfolio from 2010 to 2015 and Staff Vice President of Systems Development at Continental Airlines from 2007 to 2010.
Ferdy started his aviation career at Continental Airlines in 1987 after earning a degree in Computer Science from Northrop University in Los Angeles.
